Please familiarise yourself with the whole procedure before making any decision. If you are short of time, leave a message and request a personal call back. No matter what diamond size you choose, its uniqueness and meaning remains the same.

Placing Your Order

Submit Order Information

Contact us for the latest pricing and order form. Print and fill in the order form.
Make sure all sections in the order form are filled in and sign the contract clearly. Please scan and email us the completed order form and signed contract.

After your order is accepted, you will receive the following:

  • An order ID for tracking and identification.
  • A free ashes submission kit with zipped containers.

Ashes Submission

Full details of what you will need to do, including amounts of ashes or hair required, can be found in our comprehensive guide:

Please follow the shipping guide provided with the ashes submission kit you receive. Local collection of the ashes or hair can be arranged by contacting the nearest branch of the couriers used by LONITÉ.

Payment

Half of the cost will need to be settled when placing the order. The other half will be due when your order is completed.

Payment is accepted through:

  • cheque (issued from Swiss banks)
  • wire remittance transfer
